Our dedication to embracing safety as a culture is not just for compliance. Rutkoski Fencing, Inc.’s (RFI) Safety Department consists of our committed General Manager of QHSE, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager, and Compliance and Training Manager who progressively conducts site visits, meetings, research, and training to better serve our customers and company.
The process of implementing safety into our culture will always be a continuing precedence. Safety is engraved into our daily routines to mitigate risks associated with fencing construction and ensure our employees get home safely each and every day.
RFI ensures all employees have:
- Passed a DOT physical and a drug and alcohol screening as part of our pre-employment procedures.
- Trained in all company policies and procedures, including fence installation, PPE, equipment, and incident/accident/near-miss reporting.
- Received appropriate safety trainings and applicable certifications related to work being performed.
- Innovative technology at their fingertips to easily report project progress and communicate efficiently.
