RFI ensures that all employees are trained in all company policies and procedures, including fence installation, PPE, equipment, incident/accident/near-miss reporting, etc.
RFI ensures that all employees have the appropriate safety trainings and applicable certifications for the work being performed.
RFI is proud to have a state-certified Safety Committee that is responsible for informing and educating its employees on safe work practices through safety meetings, worksite inspections, email communications, etc.
The Safety Committee fosters a culture of pro-active education and implementation of safety policies and procedures so that any incidents/accidents are mitigated.
