The Executive Management is the foundation of the RFI family and branches out into two main departments of Administrative and Operations. It takes each dynamic member to succeed together as a whole.

Executive Management

RFI’s mission and vision is derived by our Executive Staff.  Our President, Chiefs Officers, and Executive Assistants are industry trailblazers that have built the capabilities of a large enterprise but have never forgotten their beginnings of a small family business with quality workmanship and personalized service being pinnacle to every short-term and long-term decision.

Operations Team

Rutkoski Fencing, Inc.’s most forefront positions are in Operations. Our Construction, Project, Equipment, QA-QC, and Safety Managers are committed to excellence, efficiency, and economy for our clients. They are paramount to smooth project management and responsible for team’s quality performance, safety, and schedule. We understand that without these highly trained managers and supervisors, RFI cannot continue to reach our highest goals.

This understanding extends past management and applies to all members of the Field Teams.  From our mechanics to our drivers and from our foreman to our laborers, all positions are integral to the wheel of project progression and the company of Rutkoski Fencing, Inc.

Administrative Team

Our office team is comprised of the departments of Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Office and Business Management, IT, Human Resources, and Administration.  They are the ones behind the scenes at Rutkoski Fencing, Inc., daily entering transactions, creating brand content, supporting office needs, planning employee distributions, researching market opportunities, onboarding new employees, and beyond.  Their keen attention keeps RFI unparalleled in the industry.
